Assess and evaluate student performance through various methods, including tests, projects, and observations. Provide individualized support to students with different learning needs, including those in special education. Utilize learning technology to enhance educational experiences and facilitate remote learning when necessary. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and improve instructional methods. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies. Skills Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
