Our ideal hire will help ensure dealership end-users are knowledgeable and proficient in using the software correctly to accomplish their particular goals and tasks. Duties & Responsibilities End-user training of dealership management software (DMS). Design and develop training curriculum for each module and function within the DMS software. Maintain and change the curriculum as the software development lifecycle progresses. Produce training materials, such as videos, slideshows, manuals, etc. to augment in-person training. Collaborate with fellow designers, developers, and strategic planners to improve upon the system functionality based on user feedback. Must have Requirements Experience with training methodologies and creating curricula. Experience with creating training materials, such as videos, manuals, etc. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong collaboration skills within a small team environment spanning teams that work on both development and business. Understanding of the software development lifecycle. This is a full-time, in-house position based in Miami Lakes, Florida, and will require travel to our dealership locations, in Florida as well as in several other states. Position will be based here, but will require travel to our locations locally, as well as in NY, PA, OH, VA, and WV (as well as future locations).
