Join us as we continue to make a difference… The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing engaging, effective learning solutions that support business goals and enhance employee performance. This role partners closely with subject matter experts, department leaders, and the Learning & Development team to analyze learning needs and create instructional materials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and skilled in adult learning theory, with hands-on experience designing content across a variety of delivery modalities. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), department leaders, and stakeholders to identify learning needs and gather content. Conduct task, audience, and content analysis to inform instructional strategies. Collaborate with the Learning Architect and Learning & Development Manager to align design efforts with strategic learning objectives. Design and develop engaging, learner-centered instructional materials using adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM). Create and adapt a variety of learning assets, including presentation decks, eLearning courses, job aids, etc. This includes updating pre-developed or templated materials to align with specific program content, branding, and messaging. Draft facilitator guides and participant materials for instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training sessions. Build eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, or equivalent platforms. Manage project timelines and workflows to ensure on-time delivery of learning solutions. Ensure consistency with branding, tone, and learning standards across all content. Maintain and update existing training materials as needed to reflect process, system, or regulatory changes. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experienced with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline). Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
