Summary We are seeking a Local Education Agency (LEA ) representative to join our team at The Learning Center. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in running IEP meetings, coordinating testing using all platforms from K-10th grade, enhancing student services, and ensuring that our educational programs meet the highest standards of excellence. This position is essential for fostering a supportive environment for both staff and students. Responsibilities Ensuring all IEPs meet all district requirements Enhance student services by developing strong relationships with families and teachers Ensuring the needs of the student are in alignment with student goals. Support staff development through training and mentorship initiatives. Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback. Requirements Proven experience in management of IEP meetings Strong organizational and time management skills Versed in understanding of Matrix Levels Strong attention to detail Strong staff and student relationship building skills with excellent communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals Familiarity with EdPlan, SIS and basic administrative tasks.
