Responsibilities:
Assess, develop, implement, and lead activities to maintain and improve professional competence, and growth of clinical and non-clinical team members, physicians and physician extenders, design, implement, and support team member development. Designs creative and interactive learning opportunities. Evaluate program outcomes. Travel within the health systems service area using own transportation. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years
- Healthcare in related field; Or
- 5 years
- Education; Or
- 5 years
- Technical Training; Or
- 3 years
- Related experience in lieu of Associates; Or
- 1 year
- Related experience in lieu of Bachelors.
Required:
