Role:
The Literacy Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the reading and writing skills of individuals within the community, ultimately aiming to improve their overall quality of life. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Literacy, or a related field. Experience in teaching or tutoring literacy skills to diverse populations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Literacy Education or a related field. Certification in adult education or literacy instruction.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to determine the literacy levels of participants and identify specific areas for improvement.
