The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective intervention strategies to support students’ academic success. The Intervention Specialist will work collaboratively with educators, students, and parents to create tailored learning experiences that address individual needs. Duties Design and implement targeted intervention programs to enhance student learning outcomes. Collaborate with teachers to assess student needs and develop appropriate instructional strategies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention strategies through data analysis and feedback. Provide training and support for educators on best practices in intervention techniques and the use of LMS platforms. Develop comprehensive training materials that align with curriculum standards and instructional goals. Facilitate classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers on intervention practices. Maintain accurate records of student progress and intervention outcomes. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), particularly Blackboard. Strong skills in training development, including the ability to write clear instructional materials. Knowledge of learning technology tools that enhance instructional delivery. A background in classroom instruction or educational support roles is highly desirable.
