About the Team We are seeking a creative and skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our Global Revenue Enablement team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing engaging and effective learning experiences for our Global Sales audience, encompassing online, blended, and instructor-led modalities. You will apply your expertise in rapid eLearning development tools, instructional design principles, and visual design to create impactful and user-friendly learning solutions that drive sales performance worldwide. This role requires a passion for crafting innovative learning solutions and a strong understanding of e-learning development standard processes, visual design principles, and adult learning theory. About the

Role Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging and interactive online and blended learning solutions (modules, courses, and learning paths) using e-learning authoring tools, primarily with Articulate Rise and Storyline. Create and produce high-quality materials that support multi-modal learning experiences, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, and job aids, assessments. Design and implement visually appealing and on-brand graphics, layouts, videos, and user interfaces for online courseware and ILT materials, ensuring accessibility and usability for a global audience. Update and maintain course tracking library, metadata, and course evaluation metrics with accuracy and consistency. Integrate eLearning content into Workday Learning Management System (LMS), manage course settings and enrollments. Troubleshoot LMS-related issues and collaborate with the LMS administrator as needed. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify/confirm learning objectives, gather and validate content, and ensure accuracy and relevance of learning materials.

About You Basic Qualifications:

5+ Years of demonstrated ability in designing and developing eLearning in Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline as demonstrated by a robust portfolio. 5+ Years applying instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and standard methodologies to create engaging online, blended, and instructor-led learning. 5+ Years working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Workday LMS strongly preferred

Other Qualifications:

Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and delivering high-quality results. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slides, visual design principles, typography, color theory, and image editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Demonstrated ability to craft visually appealing and engaging learning materials that align with brand guidelines. Skilled in video editing software (Camtasia, Snagit, Adobe Premiere Pro, iMovie, etc.) with direct experience in video production and editing for eLearning and ILT. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, global environment. Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with experience working with global decision makers. Experience creating learning solutions for a sales audience, having built accessible learning content (WCAG guidelines) and localized learning content for different languages. Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
