RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, implement, and evaluate training materials and K12 course content. Strong skills in K12 curriculum development, best K12 pedagogical practices, and proficiency in various instructional technologies. Design and develop effective K12 learning materials, using a range of instructional strategies and technologies. Collaborate with teachers and administrators to ensure alignment of standards and instructional materials. Oversee content development across various modalities: eLearning, instructor-led, blended Provide professional development and training on instructional design, technology integration, and faith-based pedagogy. Collaborate with curriculum developers, subject matter experts, and teachers to ensure all content reflects a Biblical worldview. Coach and support a team of instructional designers in creating multimedia content, interactive learning experiences, and assessments. Ensure curriculum compliance with accreditation and educational standards. Evaluate and implement learning technologies and instructional tools to enhance online engagement.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Master’s preferred Five or more years of experience with K12 curriculum design and course creation in a learning management system. Strong knowledge of K12 digital instructional methodologies Expertise in instructional design principles, learning theory, and student learning processes.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & CAPABILITIES

Strong collaboration and communication skills establish and maintain effective relationships with faculty in multiple academic areas. coordinate and manage multiple projects and portfolios, create online courses using appropriate technology tools and platforms. successfully supervise instructional design/educational technology teams. manage complex projects; advanced collaboration and teamwork skills work to meet deadlines and knowledge of planning, managing, producing, directing, implementing, leading, and evaluating courses and programs.
