HOW AN INSTRUCTIONALDEVELOPER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Design and develop instructionalapproaches and interactive courseware to meeting trainingrequirements Outline the concept for course or curriculum, definingthe needs for the course, the course medium, content delivery,assessments, accompanying materials, and complementary learningapproaches Create learning solution documentation (e.g.,storyboards, project schedules, video scripts, job aids, andcourseware) Develop and monitor metrics for evaluating training anddevelopment effectiveness.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bachelor ofArts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience 2 years ofrelated experience
Required Skills and Abilities:
Experience withinstructional design methodologies Strong oral and writtencommunication skills. Also possesses strong interpersonal andteaching skills Ability/Experience to facilitate courses ifrequired onsite and virtually using conference tools such as MSteams, Zoom, etc.
Preferred Skills:
Use of eLearning tools such asCamtasia, Captivate, Adobe Effects, Articulate 360,
ComposicaLocation:
Hybrid if living within a 60 mile radius of one of ourLouisiana offices, 1-2 days per week Louisiana residency required

This is not, however,a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be setbased on experience, geographic location and possibly contractualrequirements and could fall outside of this range.
