  • Work Arrangement:
  • This role is based remotely, but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, or Mountain View, you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.
  • The Role:
  • As a Supervisor within GM’s Instructional Design team, you are a key contributor for leading the instructional design team.

You will be expected to foster and develop innovative and effective learning solutions that align with organizational goals. This role involves managing projects, mentoring and upskilling team members, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in instructional design processes. You will be responsible for creating a focus on emerging technology and AI integration into course development.

  • + Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field + 5+ years of proven experience in instructional design and ability to provide examples of your work product + 2+ years of experience leading or managing a team + Expertise in instructional design models (e.

g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories + Proficiency in e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Learning) and Cornerstone LMS + Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills + Ability to access talent and align the right team member to the right project + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Compensation:
  • The expected base compensation for this role is $85,000 – $158,000 USD Annually.
