Up to $78.00/hour (based on experience)
Hours:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00
PM Employment Type:
12-month contract with potential for extension What You’ll Be Doing Conceptualize and develop engaging graphics, motion designs, animations, and video content for digital learning
Collaborate with UX teams, instructional designers, and researchers to build user-focused content
Work in an agile, fast-paced environment, generating visual experiences that are both safe and delightful
Integrate user feedback and research findings to enhance learning impact
Present your concepts through storyboards, prototypes, or interactive formats to various stakeholders
Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical guidelines, while pushing creative boundaries
Contribute to the evolution of the company’s instructional design language and standards

Everything you need to stay focused, supported, and inspired! What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field (Interaction Design, Motion Design, HCI, etc.) or equivalent experience
1-2 years of experience in UX, web, or mobile design, with emphasis on video/motion/animation
A strong portfolio that highlights your visual storytelling capabilities
Passion for brainstorming, discovery, and cross-functional collaboration
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decisions across teams
