About the Role The E-Learning Consultant will play a critical role in developing instructional content, documenting processes, and fostering strong relationships across departments to ensure a seamless implementation of the enterprise-wide learning management system. This position is essential to creating accessible, well-documented learning materials that support employee education and compliance. Key Responsibilities Content Development & Documentation Create instructional content to educate employees on programs, processes, and procedures. Develop comprehensive documentation for existing and new workflows to ensure accessibility. Organize learning materials for integration into the enterprise learning management system. Collaboration & Relationship Building Engage with multiple departments and agencies to assess content needs and improve enrollment. Act as a liaison between content developers and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication. Provide recommendations for optimizing e-learning module delivery. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration Manage administrative tasks related to the

LUMEN LMS.

Generate reports on learning engagement and effectiveness. Oversee QA processes to validate content accuracy and operational success. Qualifications Experience in e-learning content development and instructional design. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work across multiple teams. Proficiency in documenting procedures to ensure clarity and consistency. Previous experience with learning management systems (LUMEN preferred) . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities. Success Factors Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
