Role:

The Instructional Designer will be expected to design and developlearning experiences in a variety of forms, including interactiveeLearn, large-scale training solutions, and blended multi-mediainstructor-led presentations. In developing learning experiences, the Instructional DesignerSpecialist will determine learning objectives, rewrite content,structure learning activities, and create visual aids for bothface-to-face and online interactions. They will work closely with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)within the various business units to ensure that all content isresponsive to training best practices but also meets all regulatoryand legal requirements. This is a contract position. Remote with some travel required asneeded.

Requirement :

2 -3 years experience in Instructional Design, eLearn development,or related field. Ability to program interactive asynchronous eLearn experiences, aswell as develop synchronous in person scenario-based experiencesresulting in high levels of engagement and retention. Ability to translate complex, multi-step processes into easy tounderstand, digestible training. Ability to manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously whilemeeting tight deadlines and/or adapting to evolving businessneeds. Develop storyboards, scheduling production activity, conductingresearch and assuring an overall production schedule ismaintained. Strong portfolio demonstrating attention to detail, an effectiveimplementation of principles of design and adult learning pedagogy,with professionally appealing visuals and layout.

Adobe Captivate MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator Photoshop
