We are seeking an on-site strategic and creative Instructional Designer to develop high-quality, engaging, and effective internal training programs for our employees. This role will be instrumental in designing curriculum and learning experiences that enhance workforce skills, support professional growth, and align with our mission and operational goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience in instructional/curriculum design required. Three years of experience in instructional/curriculum design is required. The position is facility-based. Remote work is not available for this position. No telephone calls, please.
