Position Overview/Responsibilities for the

ERP Instructional Designer:

• Develop and implement effective training materials and curricula
• Evaluate and analyze workflow diagrams
• Conduct testing and create documentation
• Deliver professional services or products that require advanced knowledge in a field of science or learning
• This is a 13-week contract position, with the possibility of extension
• A Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience is required
  Required Skills for

ERP Instructional Designer:

• Minimum of 3 years related experience
• Proven track record of academic and/or professional success
• Public speaking experience with the ability to inspire others
• Superior analytical, problem-solving, research, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in the use of a computer for tasks such as creating and evaluating workflow diagrams, testing, creating documentation, etc.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and effective training materials
