Learning Experience Manager This Is What You’ll Do:
Team Leadership:

Overseeing the Learning Experience Architect team, ensuring alignment with business needs, and fostering professional development.

Learning Strategy:

Identifying and implementing innovative learning technologies to enhance the learner experience.

Content Development:

Designing and developing diverse learning content, such as modules, videos, and simulations, leveraging user-centered design principles.

Vendor Relationship Management:

Manage vendor relationships and SOWs for learning content providers. Ensure quality control of materials meets our standards, review and report KPIs.

Project Management:

Managing the end-to-end execution of learning projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

Collaboration:

Partnering with stakeholders to understand learning needs, identify gaps, and develop tailored solutions.

Tool Utilization:

Leveraging learning management systems (LMS) and other tools to support the learning process.

Community Building:

Fostering a learning culture by leading communities of practice and promoting knowledge sharing.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, project management abilities, and a passion for innovative learning solutions.

This Is What It Takes:

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and development.
Experience leading others
Expertise in creating instructional materials that facilitate effective learning.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone LMS.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors Performance, Succession, Continuous Feedback, and Development.
Proficiency in multimedia editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Experience utilizing user experience (UX) design principles to create intuitive and effective learning interfaces.
Preferred experience working within an Agile development framework.
