Job Description
Advanced Graduate Education Coordinator 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 500 Lauchwood Drive, Laurinburg, NC 28352 The Advanced Graduate Education Coordinator will assist the Executive Director of Physician Services and the Director of Student Medical Education (DSME) with the coordination of departmental services encompassing the training programs. This includes administrative support, marketing, recruiting, orienting students and residents, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures. Under the direction of the Executive Director of Physician Services and the physician leader (DSME), the Advanced Graduate Education Coordinator will develop and maintain all rotation schedules and calendars per specialty-specific curriculum as well as monitor and analyze evaluation data. The Advanced Graduate Education Coordinator will maintain all departmental personnel files for students. Qualifications include a bachelors degree or relevant experience. All the duties and standards within this job description will be performed according to Scotland Health policies, procedures, and guidelines.
