JOB SUMMARY:
Under limited supervision, the EC English Language Arts (ELA) Curriculum Coach provides specialized coaching and curriculum support to Exceptional Children (EC) teachers across K-12 grade levels. The position is designed to improve student outcomes by strengthening ELA instructional practices aligned with IEP goals and the NC Standard Course of Study. The coach collaborates with school-based teams, models effective strategies, and delivers professional development to enhance literacy instruction for students with disabilities
