Newark, NJ market (onsite at client 4x a week)R25_0012847#LI-OnsiteJob DescriptionNIQ is seeking a creative, solution-oriented Associate Client Manager (Training & Onboarding). This position is responsible for the development and delivery of instructor led training and online training content creation. This role will have a direct impact on the learning experience of our internal associates, CPG/FMCG clients, retailer clients, and overall satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and delivering training materials with an analytic mindset. ResponsibilitiesProduce engaging pre-recorded demos and trainings of our products with appropriate softwareOwn and lead the educational efforts to internal and external stakeholders of NIQ retail collaboration productsDevelop and maintain reusable templates and assets for easy lift-and-shift capabilities to prospective client implementationsDocument and improve digital development processes to drive efficiency and productivityCollaborate and partner with SMEs to validate technical and content requirements in order to develop content with minimal supervisionUser acceptance testing on reports for future releasesConduct needs assessments with stakeholders to ensure all relevant content is created and readily availableWork independently, lead projects, and contribute to a collaborative team environmentOther duties as assigned QualificationsBachelor’s degree or college diploma in Business, Education, Instruction and Facilitation, Training or relevant experience3+ years of digital training experienceCPG or related retail experience preferredDemonstrated experience with visual design principles, usability principles, adaptive learning,Ability to manage large audiences and cultivate a productive learning environmentStrong project management skills, with the ability to organize, manage and lead multiple projects while meeting deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail, quality-checking, UX-testing in order to deliver high-quality resultsProficiency of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPointAdditional InformationThis role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $64,000-$85,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
