Team:

Own the Global Education userlearning experience and integrated curriculum design for Medidatasusers of our leading, unified suite of clinical trials operationssolutions. Lead a team of centralized Instructional Designers, andwork with SMEs across the organization, to produce simple,engaging, impactful, and timely, learning solution strategies anddesigns that delight the customer and are strongly aligned withbusiness objectives.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidatepossesses exceptional skills in these key areas: communication,project management, learning discovery, people and functional arealeadership in a high-energy, dynamic environment, master atmultitasking. Trusted advisor to stakeholders and executiveleaders, self-starter, and customer solution-focused.

KeyPerformance Indicators:

• Produce integrated, persona-centriclearning paths, integrated into varying offering models:standalone, embedded in engagements, and customized.

Establishpartnerships with Medidata stakeholders that produce globallearning solutions that consistently satisfy learner requirementsand drive business objectives. Create strategic, engaging learningsolution designs that upgrade and expand the impact of our userlearning experiences. This role is a 3d/week hybrid role positionedout of our New Jersey office; also requires the ability to travelbetween the New Jersey office and our New York City office1d/biweekly.

Qualifications:

10 years minimum (15 years desired)experience as a Director, Instructional Design or relateddiscipline

• producing end user training and learning enablementcurricula and certification programs 10 years minimum (15 yearsdesired) experience as a People Manager for an Instructional Designteam
• managing both remote and onsite talent 10 years minimum (15years desired) experience designing user learning training andlearning solutions in a Life Sciences context.

• Masters Degree in Instructional Design or a related discipline

As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on many factorsincluding function, level, candidate experience, and geographiclocation. Pay ranges for candidates in locations other than NewYork Metro Area, may differ based on the local market data in thatregion. The base salary pay range for this position is $135,000

• $180,000.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidataprovides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Mostsales positions are eligible for a commission on the terms ofapplicable plan documents, and many of Medidatas non-salespositions are eligible for annual bonuses.
