Job Functions & Responsibilities Design and develop blended training solutions using our approved tools. Utilizing approved input software provided by tools (Articulate content products) owners a subject matter experts. Work with our personnel to develop new interactions in existing courses. Skills Strong Adult learning solutions understanding. Advanced user of Articulate Studio and Rise and/or Storyline products to develop digital training (at least 5 years). Ability to work on projects as a solo team member and meet quality/timing requirements. Develop SMART learning objectives, edit and content review experience. Develop audio scripts in conjunction with content owners. Create new or modify existing interactions . Create, modify, .PNG, .SVG, video graphic elements. Publish SCORM or modify 1.2 AICC compliant course ware. Prioritize time and project deliverables with minimal oversight. Provide concise project update reports on work in progress. Attention to details and consistency across programs and solutions a must. Education At least 4 years’ experience in digital and blended training design and development using Articulate products is mandatory. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in learning related field or significant relevant experience is required. Degree in Organizational Learning/Training and Development is preferred.
