Full Job Description Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced eLearning Specialist to design and develop blended learning solutions that support various training needs. This is a hybrid, contract-based role focused on creating engaging digital and instructor-led content using Articulate tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop digital and instructor-led training content. Work with subject matter experts to build or enhance course interactions. Use Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Studio to build SCORM/AICC-compliant content. Develop SMART learning objectives and audio scripts. Create and edit multimedia assets (.PNG, .SVG, video, etc.). Deliver projects independently, meeting timelines and quality standards. Provide clear, regular updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in eLearning design and development. Advanced proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Studio. Strong understanding of adult learning principles. Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. Experience publishing SCORM 1.2 and AICC-compliant content. Bachelor’s degree in a learning-related field or equivalent experience preferred.
