Summary We are seeking a Curriculum Specialist to join our team at Pride and Joy Childcare. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing educational programs that align with our philosophy of combining family comfort with professional learning. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of care and education provided to the children in our center. Responsibilities Collaborate with teachers to enhance instructional strategies and classroom activities. Provide training and support for educators on best practices in early childhood education. Assess children’s progress and adapt programs to meet diverse learning needs. Stay updated on early childhood education trends and regulations. Maintain program policies/standards and follow OCFS regulations Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in curriculum implementation within an early childhood setting. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, parents, and stakeholders. Strong understanding of child development theories and educational standards.
