The HELP Rapid Rehousing Program supports young adults aged 18-25 that are aging out of DHS custody, facing housing instability, or who otherwise find themselves without appropriate housing skills. HELP provides individualized support to achieve housing stability, workforce readiness, and long-term independence. We offer housing education workshops, employment connections and skills, and partner with OHS to provide rapid rehousing services. We are seeking a dynamic Employment and Housing Coordinator to lead our employment and education efforts, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Experience Required Experience facilitating educational or employment-related workshops. 1 year(s): Minimum 1 year of experience in case management, employment services, or youth programming Education Required Bachelor of Social Work or better in Human Services or related field Preferred Masters or better in Social Work or related field
