Position Summary The Learning Experience Designer II is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging, high-quality learning experiences that drive measurable business outcomes and support behavioral change. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to identify needs, build targeted learning solutions, and support employee growth and development through thoughtful, modern instructional design. Key Responsibilities Design and develop learning experiences and resources for a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery Create and curate content independently and collaboratively with team members and subject matter experts Employ modern learning methods to support learning in the flow of work Facilitate or contribute to design sessions, brainstorming ideas to enhance instructional effectiveness Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting key deadlines Collect and incorporate learner feedback to continuously improve instructional solutions Apply data and measurement strategies to assess the effectiveness and ROI of learning initiatives Maintain up-to-date knowledge of learning trends, tools, technologies, and business needs Contribute to long-term planning while solving immediate project challenges Lead the development and implementation of key learning initiatives Required Skills and Qualifications 3+ years of experience designing and delivering learning content in a corporate or applied environment Strong background in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and modern learning modalities Experience with content development tools such as: Microsoft Office Suite Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) Articulate 360 / Rise Camtasia or similar audio/video editing tools Proficient in project management and able to work across multiple projects and stakeholders Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and other designers Demonstrated ability to design and develop learning in multiple formats (eLearning, blended, virtual, in-person) Experience with Learning Experience Platforms (LXPs), Learning Management Systems (LMS), or similar tools Preferred Skills Experience in visual storytelling and graphic design Experience with design thinking, learner experience design, or human-centered design methodologies Ability to think systemically about how individual learning products fit into broader strategies Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities Demonstrated empathy and user focus in learning design approaches Strong leadership capabilities in guiding learning projects from inception through launch Education Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent relevant experience) Master’s degree preferred in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
