PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Customer Engagement Drive sales by engaging with customers and retail teams during scheduled shifts. Provide personalized consultations to educate customers on RMS Beauty products and application techniques. Build strong relationships with store staff to support ongoing sales efforts. Education & Training Support Deliver effective on-the-spot product education to retail associates and customers. Represent RMS Beauty’s brand values, product benefits, and clean beauty mission. Support training events as needed to ensure brand alignment and product understanding. Event Execution Lead and participate in in-store events, pop-ups, and other brand activations. Create a positive, immersive experience for customers during promotional activities. Provide feedback post-event to evaluate success and suggest improvements. Operational Excellence Ensure RMS Beauty merchandising standards are upheld during assigned shifts. Submit sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights. Represent RMS Beauty professionally and positively.

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience in freelance, sales, or education roles in the beauty or skincare industry. Strong knowledge of makeup artistry and/or skincare, with a focus on clean beauty. Proven ability to engage with diverse customers and build rapport. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to travel locally and regionally for shifts, events, and trainings.

Work Environment:

Remote and field-based within retail stores. This role requires working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry 25-50 lbs., and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and mobility. Clear communication, visual and auditory awareness are essential.
