Position Summary This position reports to Curriculum Manager and is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our diverse organizational audience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training, strong instructional design skills, and the ability to leverage technology to enhance learning outcomes. This includes research, development and implementation of eLearning programs, workshops, and other types of learning as determined by organizational needs, using the industry proven best Instructional Design processes. This position also supports the administration of the company’s Learning Management System and external components.
Job Responsibility Content Analysis:
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze learning needs and content requirements. Conduct thorough research to understand the target audience and learning objectives.
Instructional Development:
Develop engaging and interactive learning activities and online programs, multimedia content, and assessments utilizing instructional design and adult learning principles and appropriate technology tools, specifically Storyline 360 which are aligned with learning objectives and industry standards.
E-Learning Development:
Design and develop e-learning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms. Ensure courses are SCORM compliant and compatible with various learning management systems (LMS).
Multimedia Production:
Create multimedia elements, including AI, graphics, animations, videos, simulations, and audio recordings, to enhance the learning experience and promote learner engagement. Job Responsibilities Cont.
Quality Assurance:
Review and evaluate instructional materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from stakeholders to make continuous improvements.
Project Management:
Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including L & D manager, learning facilitators, other instructional designers, and subject matter experts.
Professional Development:
Stay current with emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in instructional design, e-learning, and adult learning theory. Continuously improve instructional design skills through professional development opportunities and networking.
Analyze instructional problems and develop, implement, and evaluate potential solutions to these problems.
Analyze and evaluate new instructional tools and technologies and recommend tools and approaches to improve course design.
Administer learning platforms including but not limited to: SuccessFactors LMS, Centrical, LinkedIn Learning and Udemy
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Experience Required 3-5 years of experience in training & development related field with instructional design experience. Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and e-learning development. Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, , or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and learning theories (e.g., constructivism, cognitivism).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience working in a collaborative team environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM standards.
Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry/business and products.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photo Shop, and Articulate 360 to include Storyline and Rise. Proficiency in AI technology, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
Graphic design skills and multimedia production experience are a plus. Knowledge Required Excellent written and verbal communications skills; adaptability and flexibility to changing environment; and comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment. Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry/business and products.
