Job Purpose The Field Trainer will be responsible for assisting in the development and delivery of training content to field team members. This position will be responsible for working with field management to assess needs and design content that can be delivered through multiple channels. They will also be responsible for delivering content both in the classroom and via webinar. This position will be involved with the implementation of multiple initiatives that will impact the overall performance of the company. Duties and Responsibilities Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment. Design and develop instructional material for field team members that support the company’s most critical initiatives. Design, develop, and maintain global training templates for multiple delivery modalities including instructor-led, virtual classroom, and online support. Deliver training to a network of team members across multiple states through multiple channels. Assist in the administration tasks related to learning management and learning content management systems. Partner with field management to identify training needs specific to the area. Ability to measure the effectiveness of delivered training and adapt as needed. Maintain an understanding of policies and procedures across the organization and serve as point of contact. Design and develop the use of training resources and materials including but not limited to job aids, procedures, and checklists. Maintain and deliver training records as needed. Other duties as assigned by leadership team. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related subject (relevant work experience may be used instead of degree). Minimum of two years of leadership experience in a consumer finance environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
