Instructional Coach:

Establish Collaborative Coaching Approach – Implementresearch-based, student-centered instructional practices. Collaborate on Data-Driven School Improvement – Work with theschool leadership team to evaluate student data in support ofeffective school improvement planning. Mentor Teachers Through Coaching – Provide non-evaluative,non-judgmental coaching that builds self-directedness and internalcapacity for planning, self-assessment, and reflection. Align Instruction with Standards and Curriculum – Supportteachers in aligning their lesson plans with appropriate coresubject standards, adopted curriculum materials, andassessments. Enhance Digital-Age Teaching and Learning – Help sustaindynamic, digital-age teaching and learning environments thatprovide engaging education for teachers and students. Travel to School Locations – Routinely visit school campuseswithin the Central PA region (Reading, Lancaster, Carlisle, NewCumberland, Harrisburg, & Kutztown).

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in special education, or relatedfield. Current, valid PA Instructional II Special Educationcertification. Must be willing to travel to included campuses within theCentral PA region. Preferred (Nice to Have)

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years teaching in a special education classroom.
