Beauty is looking for a sales driven and collaborative Sales & Education Brand Specialist to join our dynamic, fast-paced team with a focus on our skincare brands within the e.l.f. Beauty portfolio to work 25-30 hours a week in 10-15 stores within the Nashville market.

Objective:

To generate retail sales in designated stores within Ulta Beauty, through education, relationship building, store animations, direct selling, and events. Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, responsibilities include the following: Driving in store sales to surpass all targets assigned to 10-15 Ulta stores. Build call cycle strategies and adjust based on store support and performance with guidance of RSM. Ensure all in-store merchandising and brand presentation is correct Bring forward any inventory concerns/issues. Strive to improve store rank throughout territory in all stores. Plan and execute weekly store animations and events. Build relationships with store & district leadership.

Education and Training:

Execute best in class trainings, and events to increase store team love. Follow all retailer guidelines and remember you are a guest in their stores. Present a professional appearance and always adhere to Ulta’s dress code standards. Provide excellent and courteous customer service to all partners internally and externally. Conduct Brand Business Reviews, elevate inventory issues and oversee visual merchandising standards. Communication Communicate with RSM at least once weekly. Submit “Daily Activity Sheet” to RSM by 5pm EST every Monday. Communicate at least once bi-weekly with all stores within territory to review objectives vs. performance. Provide all competitive activity to RSM. Develop call cycle/calendar by 15th of each month for two months out & upload in Teamup. Ensure that your Teamup schedule is accurate at ALL times. Qualifications Two or more years of education and sales experience within the retail cosmetics field with a solid understanding of influencing sales, product knowledge, events, and operations. Strong love for all things Beauty! Complete understanding of Ulta company policies, procedures, and culture. Effective planning, organizational and time management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to drive sales through fostering relationships and providing exceptional brand partnerships. Ability to work independently to prioritize and achieve results. Must own a car and have a valid driver’s license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including
