This individual will play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful training experiences across the organization. Working closely with subject matter experts, leaders, and cross-functional partners, the Instructional Designer will develop engaging curriculum, facilitate training sessions, and oversee the administration of our learning management system. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings a thoughtful, business-minded approach to learning solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery Strong background in learning management systems; experience with UKG/Docovo or similar platforms preferred Demonstrated ability to lead training sessions and develop both instructor-led and digital learning experiences Skilled in collaborating with diverse stakeholders to create solutions that support business objectives Experience creating training tools, resources, and communications under tight timelines Familiarity with instructional design models such as ADDIE and frameworks like Bloom’s Taxonomy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) Background in administering LMS platforms, generating reports and analyzing training data Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field

Compensation:
