6/18/22 Champlain Valley Union High School is seeking a high school educator to fill the role of Educational Support Team Coordinator in a two year grant supported position. The EST coordinator will work closely with the four House Directors, school counselors, teachers and families to support students who need social, emotional, behavioral, or academic support. Required qualifications for this full-time position include a secondary Vermont Professional Educator’s license. The successful candidate should possess the knowledge and skills related to proficiency based learning within a MTSS at the high school level. Experience coordinating teams, attending closely to details and providing consistent follow up to plans is strongly desired. CVU is looking for a candidate who can collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with all parties and generate positive proactive student support plans.
