Saturdays Only. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various dance styles such as hip hop, jazz, ballet, and tap. Acro training is a plus. Must have a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students of all ages. Applicants must be able to work well with children of all age groups from ages 2 yrs-18 yrs. Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging dance lessons tailored to the skill levels and interests of students.
• Instruct students in various dance styles, ensuring proper technique and form.
• Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills.
• Collaborate with other instructors on special projects, performances, or events.
• Maintain communication with parents regarding student progress and any concerns.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on industry trends. Qualifications
• Must have experience working with children
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively and promote positive behavior management strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students of varying ages and backgrounds.
