The ideal candidate will have the knowledge and experience in Ballet, and possess the ability to inspire and educate students of all ages. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive and caring learning environment, and encouraging students to express themselves through dance. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive dance curricula tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Teach Ballet to all ages and skill levels while ensuring proper technique and safety. Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages creativity and self-expression among students. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills. Organize and participate in recitals, dance competitions or other performance opportunities for students. Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the overall dance program.
