The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Muay Thai and experience working with students of all skill levels. This position requires a dynamic individual who can engage students, promote physical fitness / well-being and foster a positive and fun learning environment. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans under the guidance of our head trainers and in line with our curriculum. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and confidence. Every student needs to receive at least one piece of feedback, every class. Collaborate with other instructors and staff to promote overall program success. Requirements Proven experience working with students in an educational or recreational setting. Strong knowledge of Muay Thai and Muay Thai principles including fighting experience. Yes, you will be tested. =] Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively. Strong behavior management skills to handle various classroom dynamics. A passion for promoting health, fitness, and well-being among students.
