Hip Hop Teacher Dance Studio Atlanta, GA 30318 Lead Hip-Hop Instructor Part-time| In-Studio | Competitive Pay Our Studio is seeking a highly experienced and credentialed Lead Hip-Hop Instructor to spearhead the growth of our hip-hop division. This is a leadership opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong training background, performance history, and teaching credentials who can build a serious, technique-based hip-hop program. Responsibilities Develop and lead a progressive Hip-Hop curriculum across all age groups and levels. Instruct weekly classes in Hip-Hop foundations, choreography, freestyle, and performance technique. Train and rehearse competitive hip-hop teams and prepare students for auditions and showcases. Choreograph original work for performances, competitions, and studio recitals. Mentor younger instructors and ensure consistency of style, quality, and studio culture. Stay current with Hip-Hop trends while maintaining a foundation in authentic technique and history. Qualifications 8+ years of experience teaching Hip-Hop at a pre-professional or competitive level. Proven professional dance experience in commercial, company, or touring settings. Strong background in street styles including commercial, popping, locking, house, breaking, krump, and/or freestyle. Experience choreographing for the stage, camera, and/or competitions. Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills. Ability to create a strong team culture while maintaining discipline and excellence.
