The ideal candidate will have a strong background in one or more dance styles and a talent for teaching students of various ages and skill levels. The instructor will be responsible for creating lesson plans, leading classes, and inspiring students to develop their technique, creativity, and love for dance. Responsibilities Design and implement engaging dance curriculum for various age groups, focusing on skill development and creativity. Teach dance techniques and choreography in a supportive classroom environment. Manage classroom dynamics to foster a positive learning atmosphere. Provide individualized tutoring to students, ensuring their progress and understanding. Organize performances and showcase events to highlight student achievements. Collaborate with parents and staff to support students’ overall growth in dance and related activities. Qualifications Proven experience in teaching dance and choreography to various age groups, including children and adults. Strong skills in curriculum development to create engaging lesson plans. Effective classroom management abilities to maintain a positive learning environment. Background in tutoring and experience working with children.
