In this role, you will be responsible for teaching various dance styles to students, creating engaging lesson plans, and nurturing their love for dance in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Teach various dance styles while ensuring proper technique and safety protocols are followed. Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a positive learning environment. Provide constructive feedback to students to encourage their growth and improvement. Organize and participate in recitals and performances to showcase student progress. Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the overall curriculum and student experience. Requirements Proven experience as a dance instructor or in a similar teaching role. Strong knowledge of various dance styles and techniques.(Tap-Jazz-Ballet-Lyrical) Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage students effectively.
