The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various dance styles and possess the ability to inspire and educate students of all ages. This role requires creativity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. The Dance Instructor will play a crucial role in developing students’ skills, confidence, and love for dance. Responsibilities Design and implement engaging dance lessons tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Teach various dance styles, ensuring students learn proper techniques and choreography. Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth. Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting respect and discipline among students. Organize performances and recitals to showcase students’ progress and talents. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills. Collaborate with other instructors on interdisciplinary projects, such as integrating dance with theater or culinary arts. Requirements Proven experience in dance instruction. Strong knowledge of various dance styles and techniques. Experience in curriculum development is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
