Job Description:

Tutu School Brier Creek is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Part-time Lead Ballet Teachers to join our magical team! We are a boutique ballet school focused on nurturing the creativity and confidence of young dancers aged 18 months to 8 years old. Our classes are designed to foster a love for dance in a whimsical and imaginative environment.

Responsibilities:

Undergo Tutu School’s extensive training for their carefully crafted curriculum. Create and implement lesson plans that align with Tutu School’s curriculum and teaching philosophy. Lead ballet classes for children ages 18 months to 8 years, ensuring a fun and engaging learning experience. Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages creativity and self-expression. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members. Assist with studio events (as-needed) and recitals (twice annually). Lead and host birthday parties. Studio opening & closing duties. Customer Management System and retail transactions. Brand Ambassador representing Tutu School.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children. Teaching experience (1 year preferred). Extremely reliable, punctual, and professional. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and weekends. Background in dance (ballet preferred but not required).
