Certified Pilates Instructor ROC Pilates LLC 123 Rombout Avenue, Beacon, NY 12508 Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Classical Pilates Instructor to join our boutique studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a commitment to our clients sharing the benefits of Classical Pilates. As part of our team you will teach a combination of classes and private lessons. Your expertise will help clients achieve their personal fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment. New teachers with a 600 hour comprehensive certification as well as more seasoned teachers are welcome to interview. a teaching audition will be required. Responsibilities Design and deliver high-quality Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring all participants feel included and challenged. Educate clients on proper techniques, movements, and the principles of Classical Pilates to maximize their workout experience. Monitor participants’ form and provide constructive feedback to promote safety and effectiveness during exercises. Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates clients to reach their fitness goals. Stay updated with continuing education and your own personal practice. Collaborate with other teachers to provide consistent training to the clients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space, ensuring all equipment is clean, safe and ready for use. Requirements 600 hour Classical Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized organization is required. Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy as it relates to exercise and movement. Ability to design effective workout programs that cater to diverse client needs and fitness levels. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and inspire clients effectively. A passion for promoting health and wellness within the community is essential.
