Position Overview We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and enthusiastic Acro Dance Teacher to join our teaching faculty. The ideal candidate has a strong background in acrobatics and dance, a love for teaching children and teens, and a dedication too safe, progressive, and engaging instruction. Key Responsibilities Teach weekly Acro classes for various age groups and skill levels (beginner to advanced). Develop and implement progressive lesson plans that balance technique, strength, flexibility, and choreography. Emphasize safety and proper technique at all times. Prepare students for year-end performances, competitions, and/or exams. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and studio staff. Collaborate with other instructors to maintain a positive and cohesive studio culture. Attend studio events, rehearsals, and staff meetings as required. Qualifications Prior experience teaching Acro, gymnastics, or a related discipline. Certification in Acrobatic Arts or equivalent (preferred, not required). Strong knowledge of acro technique, injury prevention, and age-appropriate progressions. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. A warm, energetic, and professional demeanor.
