The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, fostering a positive learning environment while promoting skill development. This role requires creativity in curriculum development and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of students in dance, tutoring, or other educational activities. Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student confidence and growth. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. Provide individualized attention to students, offering guidance and support as needed. Collaborate with other educators or staff members to enhance the overall educational experience. Organize performances or showcases for dance students, ensuring all participants are well-prepared. Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and any concerns. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in education and coaching. Experience Previous experience in childcare or preschool settings is highly desirable. Background in Acting or Theater is preferred but not mandatory, along with experience in curriculum development. Familiarity with classroom management techniques to effectively engage students of varying ages.
