Salsa Instructor Natalia’s Müse Dance Studio Conshohocken, PA 19428 Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Salsa Instructor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is not only an experienced dancer but also a natural educator with excellent people skills. This role involves teaching salsa in-house at our studio, guiding students from beginner to advanced levels, as well as instructing once per month at an off-site recurring event space. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective salsa instruction. Demonstrate flexibility and openness to teaching both in-studio and at our monthly off-site event location. Create a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that fosters participation and growth. Develop comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives and student needs. Educate and mentor students, providing constructive feedback to help enhance their skills. Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. Qualifications & Experience Experienced and confident salsa instructor with a strong presence and ability to lead large groups. Solid background in Latin dance, particularly salsa, with a clear teaching methodology. Proven ability to educate and connect with students across varying skill levels. Demonstrated experience in creating lesson plans and developing curriculum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliability, professionalism, and enthusiasm for dance and instruction.

Part-time, Contract Pay:

$30.00 – $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 3 – 5 per week

Schedule:

4 hour shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Rotating weekends
