Job Overview :

Let’s Dance Collective has been teaching the Upstate recreational and competitive dance since 1978. We are seeking a passionate, reliable, and experienced Dance Instructor to join our growing faculty. Our ideal candidate is not only technically skilled in multiple styles but also dedicated to inspiring dancers of all ages and ability levels—from preschool to pre-professional.

What You’ll Do:

Teach dance classes in one or more styles (ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, lyrical, acro, etc.) Engage students in a positive and age-appropriate learning environment Choreograph recital and/or competition routines as assigned Provide constructive feedback and support to dancers Maintain a safe, organized, and professional studio atmosphere Collaborate with other staff and participate in studio events as needed

Qualifications:

Previous dance teaching experience (minimum 1 year preferred) Comfortable teaching ages 3-18, with adaptable classroom management skills Strong communication, reliability, and a team-player attitude Familiarity with both recreational and competitive dance is a plus Availability for evening/weekend classes (scheduling based on availability and need) Why Work With Us?
