Job Summary Leads the development and execution of Kennesaw State University’s (KSU) Leadership Development philosophy and curriculum for faculty and staff. Evaluates institutional needs and collaborates with campus stakeholders to design and deliver leadership programs. Embeds the leadership framework into division initiatives while supporting the planning, implementation, and management of faculty and staff leadership programs in collaboration with other KSU units. Contributes to institutional development initiatives as needed Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supports the collaborative review of existing programs and conducts needs assessments for future initiatives 2. Works to integrate leadership development programs with the overall leadership framework, implementing necessary adjustments 3. Oversees the administration of the internal coaching program 4. Manages external contributions to leadership and institutional development initiatives 5. Assists in designing and implementing key components of the Organizational Development process 6. Leads the assessment process, including personality, leadership, and multi-rater evaluation tools 7. Supports supervisors and managers by providing expert facilitation and coaching on leadership development methods and tools 8. Collaborates on the analysis, design, and implementation of strategies to develop leadership programs across the university 9. Delivers programs and initiatives through various modalities 10. Develops and maintains a digital repository of leadership and institutional development resources Required Qualifications Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a relevant field Required Experience Seven (7) years of related and progressively responsible program development, leadership development, or related experience Preferred Qualifications Additional Preferred Qualifications Facilitation and/or assessment certifications (personality, leadership, or multi-rater instrument certification) Preferred Educational Qualifications Advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in leadership or organizational development Preferred Experience Experience with and ability to perform and interpret needs analyses and translate the findings into actionable next steps Training development and facilitation experience Experience leading a cohort program Experience in a higher education environment Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

KNOWLEDGE
Understanding of leadership and organizational development theories, concepts, and practices, along with expertise in designing and implementing OD interventions, including the practical application of leadership development principles.
