Description Interactive College of Technology (ICT), an accredited, two-year college seeks a dynamic, experienced leader to serve as the English as a Second Language (ESL) Division Manager. The ESL Division Manager will provide academic leadership, assist with curriculum development, support faculty, and promote excellence in teaching and learning for our diverse ESL student population — while driving student outcomes in graduation rates, completion rates, and job placement rates. ICT was founded in 1982 and our ESL program is an intensive, immersive, stand-alone, college-level program serving students from over 100 countries. This position is ideal for individuals with prior experience managing faculty and student advisors.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting a team of ESL faculty in delivering high-quality instruction Managing the development, review, and assessment of ESL curriculum and programs Coordinating class schedules, faculty assignments, and program resources Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies Driving student retention and success metrics and implementing strategies for continuous improvement

Qualifications Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; extensive ESL instructional experience TESOL certification and previous academic management experience preferred Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and student-centered learning Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
