The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aerial arts and a desire to inspire and motivate students through innovative teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students of various skill levels.
• Use and create progressions to help students learn new aerial skills effectively and safely.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages artistic expression.
• Prepare students for performances in our winter holiday show and spring show, including choreography and skill development.
• Provide constructive feedback and individualized support to students to help them reach their goals.
• Maintain a safe and organized studio space for all classes.
• Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the overall educational experience and performance quality.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in at least one style of aerial arts (e.g., aerial silk, hammock, trapeze, lyra, straps).
• Previous teaching or coaching experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A creative approach to teaching and a passion for inspiring students.
• Availability for part-time evening hours, with flexibility for performances.
