Full Job Description Evening Enrichment Program:
Mind Masters Club Session starting date : Monday, August 18, 2025 (see schedule options at bottom of this announcement)
Session Times:
Monday-Thursday, 7:15 pm-8:45 pm
Topic:
Each topic will be divided in 4 sessions of 90 min. Total 6 hours. The topics will be given to 4 different groups. The total number of hours per topic is 24 hrs. divided in 16 sessions.
Students:
Each session will have anywhere from 20 to 30 students, ranging between 11 to 18 years old.
Compensation:
$500/week ($2,000 total per topic) Now Accepting Instructor Applications! Are you passionate about sharing your expertise in a fun, hands-on way with high School students, (mostly teenagers) Mind Masters Club at RPS Academies is seeking enthusiastic instructors to teach engaging, creative, and interactive topics for our evening enrichment program.
Important Context:
RPS students already participate in a rigorous daily schedule—at least 5 hours of sports and 4 hours of academics. Our evening sessions must be super fun, highly engaging, and not academically or physically taxing. Activities should help students unwind, spark creativity, and explore new interests in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Topic Progression:
101, 201, 301, etc. 101: Introductory, no prior experience required. 201: Intermediate, offered in future sessions if there is student interest. 301, 401, etc.: Advanced, for students who want to go further. Application Instructions Please submit the following: Contact information Resume, brief bio, highlight your relevant teaching, coaching, or subject-matter experience Applicant must have US legal status (work permit) Detailed 4-Day Curriculum (101 Level) Outline what you will teach each day (Monday-Thursday) Include learning objectives, activities and goals Material and equipment needed Ensure your curriculum is designed to be fun, hands-on, and relaxing for students who have already had a full day of sports and academics. References and/or Past Projects Include at least two professional references who can speak to your teaching, coaching, or facilitation experience. For each reference, provide: Name, title, organization, relationship to you, phone, and email. Provide a brief portfolio of past relevant projects or teaching experiences (e.g., lesson plans, student work samples, photos, videos, or descriptions of workshops you’ve led). You may include both references and project samples for a stronger application.
